ENGINEERING SERVICES

Machinery Breakdown: From smaller repairs to complete breakdowns of your machines, we can assist you in complete repairs, sourcing new parts if necessary.
Electrical Design: Once you’ve designed your machinery, we can then come in and design all the electrical systems for you. We’ll work with you to source electrical items, build circuits and provide the electrician for installation.
Software Design: We will create the all the necessary code for your machine. Our experts will work on creating the programmable logical controllers for your machine.
Safety System Design: We’ll ensure you’ll meet with all the necessary safety regulations by designing safety systems such as those for circuit emergency stops and more. Our systems are designed to provide safe operating environments.
Modernisation: If your machines are become old and tired and are in need of an update, we’ll refurbish and upgrade them to the very latest technology and parts. Old machines sometimes have parts that have become obsolete so sometimes they’ll need upgrading and here's where we can help.
Commissioning: If you are looking for a brand new machine or design system then we can also carry out commissioning. We’ll send our men out to your site to ensure the machine works on your site, or on your vessel after it’s been factory tested, so before it’s used in situation. The machine will be first set up in factory, but then we’ll test it as well as train your workforce on operations and fixing issues.
CONSULTATION SERVICES
Drive Controls: Other than our more hands on services we also offer consultation where we provide advice and expertise in order to assist your needs. So with drive controls say for instance you have a motor gearbox or motor we can advise on the different speeds and calculate what size drive you’ll need to achieve this.
Control Automation: For automatic controls, we can use our extensive knowledge to advise on how to improve your system, and production line. We can guide you when it comes to old-fashioned labour machines to make them far more efficient. In turn this means faster production and will save you costs in the long run on personnel. By making you machines more automated you’ll require far less manual intervention.
Safety Systems: If you’re worried about safety we are here to help. We can consult and instruct you in how to make the environment safer and ensure your business is meeting safety regulations.
Technology Consultant: If you’re concerned about your tech we can again use our experience to educate you on the latest technology that is available and how it can improve your efficiency. We can now even use Wi-Fi so we can go online with a machine using latest technology, so we can work on a machine anywhere in the world.
