Warranty support for new machines
All new machines are supplied with a 12 month warranty and any warranty issues are always dealt with promptly and efficiently until resolved.
Remote machine monitoring and diagnostics
For machines fitted with a suitable modem, our technicians are able to connect to the machine's control system from anywhere in the world, in order to diagnose or monitor detectable faults. Programming changes, if appropriate, or software upgrades can be completed remotely, which is very effective in terms of time and cost compared to an engineer going to the site in person. For machines not currently fitted with a modem, we can offer a low-cost upgrade which is suitable for most machines.
Spare parts supply
We supply spare parts for all machines manufactured by ourselves and for machines originally manufactured by Pipe Coil Technology Ltd. Spare parts are manufactured to the original machine specification and we can ship to locations throughout the world.
Machine servicing
We offer machine servicing for all PCD and PCT machines, either as one-off service visits or as part of annual service contracts. Annual machine servicing is recommended to ensure machines are kept in good working order and to minimise machine breakdown events.
